Valentine's Day is a very special day for me. 12 months ago today, I enrolled to study with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, to become a Certified Health Coach.
To honor this day and to celebrate my upcoming graduation, I've decided to give one lucky reader 4 free Health Coaching Sessions with me. These will be via telephone or Skype.

ReplyDeleteI would love this - I'm hoping to start a family with my husband sometime soon and am also a vegetarian, so I would love to have some health coaching centered around those two things!

My poor body doesn't know what to make of me sometimes, I think, and I'm way out of my league in this arena. Thanks for the opportunity! :D

It's a real mystery to me but I think I need help moving from a good diet to an exceptional one. I think its time to take it to the next level and I'm hoping you can help me.
